Not Your Everyday 5K Race!
Presented by Banner Health Center, the Ka-POW! Superhero Run is coming back to Freestone Park on March 19th this year. The first wave of crusaders will launch at 8 am with waves taking off every 5-10 minutes. Once you’re on the run, your superpowers will be challenged by several obstacles, including Captain America’s Bootcamp, the Wolverine Crawl, the Bat Caves and back by popular demand, the Aqua-man’s Water Slide! After completing the Super Run, all the heroes will have a chance to gather at “Gotham City” until 12 pm, where you’ll be provided with refreshments, live music, inflatable activities and plenty of photo ops with your favorite superheroes.
